(PRESS RELEASE) – Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents, assisted by state and local law enforcement officers, arrested 11 Louisville residents and a Winston County inmate Thursday afternoon. The suspects face charges in connection with sales of assorted street drugs and pharmaceuticals.

MBN conducted the eight-month investigation that led to the arrests with the assistance of the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Alcoholic Beverage Control, Attorney General’s Office, Louisville Police Department and Winston County Sheriff Department, Lt. Col. Mike Perkins of MBN said in a statement released Friday.

The suspects were transported to the Winston County Correctional Facility for booking.

 Bonds had not been set Friday.
