1/4 cup sugar

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon celery seed

1 tablespoon salt

8 ounces sour cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

SLAW MIX:
1 large bag slaw mix

6 green onions, sliced

1 16-ounce can black olives, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper (optional), chopped

Directions:
1.  Dressing: Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add other dressing ingredients and stir until mixed.

2.  Combine vegetables. Add dressing and refrigerate for about an hour.

3.  Stir before serving.

Note: If you like shredding lettuce and carrots, use 1 medium head of cabbage and 4 carrots instead of the bagged slaw mix.
