Zerrick Davonte Taylor, 1421 7^th Avenue North, 18, arrested on 11/02/09 @ 12:15 p.m.; CHARGE: Burglary of an Auto; No bond or court date has been set; this arrest stems from an auto burglary which occurred on 09/29/09 at 1609 22^nd Street North.

Niles ONeal, 1611 3^rd Avenue North, 21, arrested on 11/02/09 @ 4:49 p.m.; CHARGE: Aggravated Assault; Bond: $2,500.00; Court date: 11/19/09; this arrest stems from an incident which occurred on 11/01/09 @ 1:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the Elks Club.

On 10/29/09 an officer was dispatched to 2305 Hwy 45 North in reference to burglary of an auto.  The vehicle was left at Dunn's Transmission approximately two weeks ago for engine work. A CD player was stolen from the vehicle.

On 10/30/09 officers were dispatched to 901 11^th Street South in reference to an armed robbery.  Three black males wearing black ski mask and black clothing demanded money.  An undisclosed amount of money was taken.  Criminal Investigations was notified and has taken over the investigation.

On 10/31/09 an officer was dispatched to 634 31^st Avenue in reference to a prowler call.  Someone had knocked on the front door of the residence and then proceeded to the bedroom window and began knocking on it.   The would-be prowler broke out the bedroom window.  No entrance was gained into the home.  Criminal Investigations was notified and has taken over the investigation.

On 10/31/09 officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 8^th Street North in reference to an armed robbery.  Three black males entered a home that is under construction and demanded money from a contractor working inside the home.  An undisclosed amount of money was taken from the contractor.  Criminal Investigations was notified and has taken over the investigation. 

On 10/31/09 an officer was dispatched to Leigh Mall, located at 1404 Old Aberdeen Road, in reference to burglary of an auto.  There were no signs of any forced entry into the vehicle. A book bag, a diaper bag, and a wallet were stolen from the vehicle.

On 10/31/09 an officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Constance Lane in reference to burglary of an auto.  There were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.  A CD player was stolen from the vehicle.

On 11/2/09 an officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of 5^th Avenue North in reference to stolen property.  Four (4) ladders, valued of over $500.00, were stolen from the backyard.  Criminal Investigations was notified and has taken over the investigation.
