Name Released In Webster Co. Drowning

WEBSTER COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) - Officials have released the name of a Mathiston teen who drowned Monday (7-2) afternoon. According to Webster County coroner James Wells, 15-year-old Jason Modzelewski drowned while swimming in a small pond in the Clarkson Community with several others.
Witnesses say the teen went under and reportedly stayed there for 30 minutes.
His remains have been sent to Jackson for an autopsy.
