Tire Slashing Suspect in Custody

BROOKSVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) - Brooksville police nab the man, they think, was slashing the tires on their police cruisers.
Investigators got a tip that led them to 28 year old Fredrick Lane over the weekend .
He is charged with felony malicious mischief.
At last check, Lane was being held in the Noxubee County jail, and bond had not been set.
The crimes happened late last month.
Damages came to more than 800 dollars.
Police Chief Reginald Adams says that's a steep price to pay for a little town like Brooksville.
