MISSISSIPPI STATE (WCBI) Lee Hall on the campus of Mississippi State University is set to undergo major renovations this summer.
The project is expected to take some 18 months.
Faculty offices are being moved around temporarily.
The upgrade of the 100 year old building should allow the building to maintain it's structural integrity while making more room available for a growing student population.
The multi-million dollar project includes a total renovation of the tower portion of the facility.
The building was named in honor of MSU's first president, Stephen D. Lee.
