ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) -- Two more people have been charged with marijuana trafficking in connection with an ongoing Monroe County Sheriff's Department investigation.
Travis Hubbard, 29, of Aberdeen, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a church. Waverly Hubbard, 27, is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The two were arrested after sheriff's investigators and agents with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at 1404 S. Matubba St. in Aberdeen. Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says agents recovered several ounces of marijuana, scales and other evidence.
