Columbus' Jake Thomas Named to Clarion-Ledger's Dandy Dozen

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI/Clarion-Ledger) -- Jake Thomas, a senior offensive lineman at Columbus High, is the
eighth player named to The Clarion-Ledger's 2012 Dandy Dozen team.
Thomas, who stands 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, is the second player from Columbus to make the pre-season list of the state's top 12 football players. The first was linebacker Gabe O'Neil, who made the list in 2003.
Thomas helped the Falcons average 312 yards per game on offense last season.
Thomas is undecided where he'll attend college.
