Shannon has a good core coming back this season but they do have a new Head Coach. A coaching change often take time Darryl Carter really likes what he was given to work with after coming over from Kemper County.
"Coach Cook left a great group here the only thing I'm trying to do is come in and be competitive. Obviously we want to win early and that's a big thing" said Carter.
Shannon will get Quarterback John Thomas Peugh back as well as leading tackler Zaccheus Finnie.
