EGGSVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-- Evidence from a fatal shooting in Lee County is now at the crime lab in Batesville. Lee County Sheriff, Jim Johnson says the lab is analyzing physical evidence taken from the crime scene. The thirty-five year old, Dale Parker was fatally shot outside his home around five o'clock on July 25th.

That evidence will then be compared to the autopsy report to hopefully give deputies clues as to who is responsible. Johnson says that while they have no one in custody, they are still questioning people of interest. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers or the Sheriff's Department.
