Clippard Pleas Guilty to Manslaughter

TIPPAH COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-- 35-year old Christopher Clippard of Shannon, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and grand larceny in the death of 58-year old David Lee Floyd, of Shannon. Hunters found Floyd's body in November 2010 near Blue Mountain. Clippard and Maybelle White, of Shannon, were later arrested and charged with capital murder in Floyd's death. White is still awaiting trial.
