TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) -- Four  teenagers are arrested after being caught on tape vandalizing the Tupelo Buffalo Park. Police say 18-year-old Tate Johnson, of Tupelo, and three 17-year-olds were arrested Wednesday (8-8) and charged with felony malicious mischief after a surveillance video caught them spray painting 2013 and obscenities around the park. The video also shows one of the teen spraying paint at Kiki The Lion.

Park officials say Kiki was not hurt, but showed signs of stress the next morning. Another animal suffered cuts while jumping a fence during the incident.

Police say it appears the vandalism was part of a high school prank. While it is being treated as a felony, charges may be lessened. Other arrests are pending.
