Oxford Tennis Facility, Open for Bids

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) -- The Board of Aldermen has rejected the only bid submitted to expand the John Leslie Tennis Facility.
The Oxford Eagle reports (http://bit.ly/N0m6KT) the only bid on the project came in at $2.9 million, exceeding the $1.6 million budget for the project.
The board has agreed to allow park commission director Rob Boyd to advertise again for bids.
