Yesterday's cold front helped to spark rain and storms across the area. Tuesday will be much quieter. Most rain chances today will be confined south of Highway 82. West Alabama also has a slightly better chance than people in North Mississippi.
For those that see rain today, nothing too heavy is expected--just a couple of tenths.
With wind coming out of the northwest, highs should stay in the mid-upper 80s today. Skies will vary from mostly sunny to partly cloudy.
The next best chance for rain returns on Friday.
