There has been a good amount of wind shear in the atmosphere today and it has allowed some of the tropical showers to produce rotation.  The greatest amount of spin should shift to our west by the early morning hours. A few showers will be possible during the night and low temperatures will be in the 70s.  Breezy SE winds will continue between 10 and 15 mph.

Rain chances on Friday should be lower than what they were on Thursday; however, there will still be some showers and storms that will likely pop up.  The threat of severe weather is expected to be to the northwest of our area.  Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s and those breezy SE winds will continue between 10 and 20 mph.

Saturday will warm up to about 90 and there will be the risk of a few more showers and storms. Don't cancel your tailgating plans but do be prepared to dodge a little rain during the course of the day.
