Burnsville Burglar Finally Behind Bars

TISHOMINGO CO., Miss. (WCBI) – The suspect in a December 2016 burglary in Burnsville is finally caught.

42-year-old Benny Ray Ross of Glen is charged with burglary of a dwelling. He was arrested and charged by the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department.

On December 20, 2016, a homeowner called the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department to report that someone had broken into their home and stolen some prescription medications. The burglar had also caused some damage to the home.

Right now, Ross remains in the Tishomingo County Jail on that charge, where he is awaiting bond.
