[bitsontherun DJzStrVH] JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) – Two area universities are recognized this week for providing an affordable, high quality education and producing a high rate of graduates.

Mississippi University for Women is ranked 15 out of 682 top master’s degree colleges and Mississippi State University ranked 96 out 281 top national universities.

This information was posted in the Washington Monthly’s annual college guide.

The list considers three categories and divides colleges into four divisions.

They are National colleges, master’s degree colleges, baccalaureate schools and liberal arts colleges.
