Send us a picture of your husband, accompanied by a short essay telling us why your husband needs help! There are two ways you can enter, see the registration instructions below.
All entries must be received by May 2, 2008!

3. Place stamp on envelope
4. Put letter in the mail
* If you would like your photograph returned, you MUST include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
SEND AN EMAIL:
Please follow these instructions:
1. Open your email account
2. In the subject of the email type "HELP MY HUSBAND PLEASE"
3. Include all information requested to the right
4. Attach the essay and photograph per the instructions of
your particular email program - OR - cut-and-paste the
essay in the email and attach the photograph.

Please include the following information in the contents of your letter or email:
- Your HUSBANDS NAME
- Your NAME
- Your MAILING ADDRESS
- Your Daytime PHONE NUMBER
- A PHOTO of the your husband.
- A short ESSAY, 200 words or less, telling us why your husband needs help.
