BRUCE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Calhoun County man is accused of impersonating a Homeland Security agent.

Jockey Justice, 52, is charged with two counts of impersonating a police officer.

Bruce Police Chief Stan Evans says Justice went to several area churches claiming to work for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Investigators say Justice informed church congregations and pastors on how to implement security measures in the wake of the deadly Charleston, South Carolina church shooting.

Evans says Justice does not work for any law enforcement agency.

A number of pastors complained and Bruce police started investigating.

Evans believes Justice may have went to other churches outside of Calhoun County.

Justice was arrested last week and has been released on bond.
