Defendants In Shumpert Civil Suit Reveal Expenses Sought
ABERDEEN ( WCBI) – Attorneys for Tupelo Mayor Jason Shelton, Police Chief Bart Aquirre and Officer Tyler Cook have turned in the request for expenses incurred in seeking to make attorney Carlos Moore turn over evidence in his civil suit against them.
A federal judge last week ordered sanctions against Moore for not revealing sources for evidence he says he will present in the civil suit. Tuesday a bill totaling $3,086.00 was presented to the court to send to Moore. The judge over the case must approve the measure before Moore becomes liable
