OXFORD Ms (WCBI) – Just when you thought the Ricin poisoning case against James Everett Dutschke could not get more bizarre think again.
Federal agents have added another count of trying to obtain ricin against Dutschke..This time AFTER he was already locked up on the charges .
According to this latest indictment unsealed today, Dutschke attempted to recruit someone on the outside to buy ricin and send a poisoned letter to Senator Roger Wicker.
The charges also claim Dutschke had penned a note to be put inside the letter to once again make it appear Kevin Curtis was responsible. Curtis was the Tupelo Elvis impersonator originally arrested in the case but freed just days after . Curtis and Dutschke have had a long running feud.
