Dutschke Sentencing Relocated to Oxford

Aberdeen, Miss. (WCBI) – The location for James Everett Dutschke’s sentencing has been changed.

Dutschke’s May 14 sentencing will now take place in Oxford instead of Aberdeen.

Dutschke confessed to sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker and Lee County Justice Court Judge Sadie Holland in April 2013.

Dutschke also has been previously charged with fondling. His plea agreement stated that his ricin charges would be dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock will hand down the sentence.
