Video: Hula Hoop Health Held in West Point

WEST POINT, Miss. – (WCBI) North Mississippi Medical Center is having fun with fitness.

This month, you can relive the glory days with friends while hula hooping their way to good health.

Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at the NMMC Wellness Center in West Point. The class is free to members, and is $30 for non-members.
