The class will meet Mondays, January 6, 13, 20 and 27. The January 6 class will meet in the first floor classroom with all other classes taking place in the OCH Educational Facility. A certified childbirth educator leads the class, with special visits from a registered dietician, exercise specialist and lactation consultant.
