Facebook Helps Bust Book Bandit

OXFORD, MS (WCBI) – Facebook is being credited with helping solve a break in at the Lafayette Oxford Library.

54 year old Authur Carrothers surrendered to Oxford Police after an image of him breaking into the building was posted on the OPD Facebook page.  Investigators say the Oxford man confessed to the crime and is now free on a $10,000 bond on a burglary charge.
