Church Knitting Group Makes Hats, Scarves For NMMC Cancer Care Patients

TUPELO, Miss.—The Tuesday Night Knitting Group from First Presbyterian Church recently knitted and crocheted approximately 50 hats and scarves for patients of North Mississippi Medical Center Cancer Care.

Cindy Kirk, Laurie Teague and Rochelle Wallace presented the items to Cindy Edwards, oncology social worker at NMMC.

Other contributors were Vivian Fleming, Judy Armentrout, Daintry Thomas, Sue Shepherd, Jill White, Becky Depew, Debbie Tubbs, Susan Teasley, Sandra Hazard, Gay Abney, Holly Walker, Ginny Belk and Pat Hutson.
