TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – Hard work pays off for a Guntown couple, who will soon be homeowners.

Perry and Daisy Montgomery have worked for two years through Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Mississippi.

This afternoon, their Habitat house on North Church Street in Tupelo was dedicated.

They have some advice for anyone who is interested in getting a house through Habitat for Humanity.

“Definitely go for it, go for it, I ask, how bad do you want it, if you want it bad enough you will go for it, and that’s exactly what we done and God blessed us to be here today,” said Daisy Montgomery.

Homestretch Furniture employees helped build the four bedroom house. The Montgomery’s will live in the home with their five grandkids.
