at the Trotter Convention Center,
Columbus, MS

There will also be many exhibitors and a lot of great door prizes. Please check back at as the event draws closer for additional event specific information.

Are you a bridal focused or related business?
Do you want an easy way to sell your products and services?
We would like to invite your business to the upcoming WCBI - Main Street Columbus Bridal Showcase at the Trotter Convention Center in Columbus, MS. This is your opportunity to meet with hundred's of potential customers face to face.
HOW IT WORKS
The night before or early the morning of the event, you will set up a booth to display merchandise and/or information about your services. Hundreds of brides, mothers of brides and guests will be walking around to discover your unique products and/or services.
Plus, by having a sponsor booth
you also have the opportunity to recieve additional exposure:
- Be a part of a minimum of 250 on-air promotional announcements which will begin early December.
-
Be a host site for in-store registration for showcase tickets.
- Have an ad in the bridal magazine which is given to all brides and guests the day of the showcase.
- Show off your services or merchandise during both
fashion shows taking place the day of the showcase.
- Provide a product or gift certificate to be given-away as a door prize or the grand prize. These prizes are given away during the fashion shows with the grand prize given away at the end of the second fashion show.
- Receive a print-out of all the brides who registered the day of the showcase. Information includes: bride's name, mailing address, phone number, and if know, wedding date. (This information is also used for door prizes and the grand prize drawings)

The 2010 Bridal Showcase
will feature many exhibitors.

This is your opportunity and here are your choices:
OPTION 1
sponsor receives:
- 8 x 10 booth
- named in promotional on-air ad
- name mentioned at show
- complete bride mailing list
- 1/4 page ad in bridal magazine
sponsor provides:
- 2 door prizes valued at $25 + each
- cost of participation (speak to WCBI account executive, call 662.327.4444)
OPTION 2
sponsor receives:
- same as "option 1"
- minimum of six changes in fashion show (maximum is determined by the number of participants)
sponsor provides:
- same as "option 1"
OPTIION 3
sponsor receives:
- same as in "option 1" or "2", except...
sponsor provides:
- agrees to purchase a larger air schedule.
- same as "option 1"
