NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI)-He died in the line of duty, and now you can give to his family in a time of need. Saturday, the Northeast Chapter of Mississippi Police Benevolent Association will host a fundraiser for Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Clinton Frazier.

Frazier was killed when his patrol car left Highway 178 in Myrtle December 18th.

He was in pursuit of Crystil Byers who was arrested shortly after Frazier’s death and charged with leaving the scene of the accident involving a fatality and culpable negligent manslaughter.

Funds raised will be donated to Fraizer’s family.

The fundraiser will be held at the New Albany Walmart from 6 am until 6 pm.

The Walmart is located at 202 Park Plaza Drive.
