Video: Local Salon Teaches Women to ‘Go With the Fro’

COLUMBUS, Miss.(WCBI)- It’s a style that many African Americans are choosing to embrace. They’re putting the flat iron and hot comb away, trashing the chemicals, and wearing their hair in it’s natural state.

It’s a phenomenon that is taking the hair business by storm, and is certainly shining a light on diversity in communities.

WCBI’s Renae Skinner visited Jan Jordan’s Place, a hair salon in Columbus, that’s teaching women how to except their tresse and go with the fro.
