Liquor Election Coming to Corinth

CORINTH, Miss. (WCBI) – Voters in Corinth will have their say on liquor sales, in their city, December 11.

Alderman agreed to that special election Tuesday (11-6) at their regularly scheduled meeting.

Supporters spent months gathering signatures.

Alcorn County was wet for 21 years until 1989, when voters ended liquor sales but said yes to beer.
