Video: African Drums Showcased for Black History Month

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — It’s Black History Month, and some West Point students are celebrating with music.

Mississippi State University music professor Dr. Robert Damm was at East Side Elementary Friday afternoon to showcase some African drums.

A group came with him to play the instruments.

Dr. Damm often performs with similar percussion sets for his recitals.
