Alcorn County Man Killed in Late Night Shooting

ALCORN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Rienzi man was found dead in his home late Tuesday night.

Jeff Hall, 33, was found shot to death when Alcorn County deputies arrived at his home off of Highway 356.

Authorities are holding Bobby Thompson, 35, of Booneville, in custody for the incident at the Alcorn County Jail.

Thompson’s bond has not been set and an investigation into the crime is ongoing.
