Already on Parole, Man Faces New Burglary Charges

STARKVILLE, Miss. (Press Release) — The Starkville Police Department arrested 24 year old Justin Yhonquea on March 5, 2014 charging him with two (2) counts of Auto Burglary.

Officers were called to the Brookville Garden Complex in reference to Justin Yhonquea, who had been banned from the area, trespassing. Yhonquea was also wanted for questioning in connection with the recent auto burglaries.

Upon reaching Brookville Garden Complex, Yhonquea attempted to evade Officers by leading them on a brief foot pursuit.

Officers apprehended Yhonquea and he was brought to the Police Department for questioning.

After questioning he was arrested on 2 counts of auto burglary and taken to the Oktibbeha County Jail.

Yhonquea will appear before Municipal Court Judge Rodney Faver today where his bond will be set.

Justin Yhonquea has previous arrests for auto burglary and is currently on parole with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
