AMORY, Miss. (AP) – The Amory School District will soon have a web-based security camera system installed at every school, thanks to the Dalrymple Family Foundation.
Superintendent Ken Byars tells the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal (http://bit.ly/1SvTUBi) the cameras, which will be primarily located at entrances, outside of the buildings, hallways, cafeterias and gyms, are accessible to administration and law enforcement simply by logging on to a secured website.
The district will be receiving two different kinds of cameras, and Byars expects the installation to be complete within a month.
