Amory P.D. Cracks Down on Car Burglaries
AMORY, Miss. (WCBI) — Amory police arrest a man they say is responsible for a number of car burglaries over Memorial Day Weekend.
Amory officers have been able to recover some of stolen items.
They also arrested 25-year old Dillon Wade Bennett of Aberdeen and charged him with burglary of a vehicle.
In a separate case, Amory investigators nab a Hamilton man on the same charges.
23-year old Michael Spruill is accused of breaking into a car, that was parked at a business located on Highway 278.
Bond for both men should be set Thursday.
