OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Oktibbeha County deputies make an arrest in the hit and run crash that injured a Maben man while he was riding his bicycle.

Charles Privett Jr., 30, of Eupora was arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

He’s charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.

Nick Ray Lewis was riding his bike near the intersection of Maben Bell School House and Douglas Town Roads when he was hit by a vehicle.

Lewis was taken to a Tupelo hospital and is in critical condition.
