Blackjack Water Association, Gattman Lift Boil Water Notices

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — The boil water notice originally issued for Blackjack Water Association customers has been lifted.

BWA initially issued the notice Dec. 29 due to a water main break.

The board lifted the notice about 12:17 p.m. Thursday.

The boil water notice which had been issued last month for the Village of Gattman in Monroe County was also lifted Thursday afternoon.

Gattman’s notice, which impacted some 100 customers, was similarly issued Dec. 29 due to a water main break.
