Video: Bond Denied For Eupora Homicide Suspect

EUPORA, Miss. (WCBI) – Bond was denied for the man accused of shooting and killing his brother in Eupora this past weekend.

Larry McMillian, 65, is charged with murder. He made his first court appearance Monday.

McMillian is accused of shooting Jessie McMillian, 61, this past Saturday evening at their mother’s house in the West Wood neighborhood.

A third brother, Howard Hamilton, tells WCBI Jessie was getting into his truck to leave during an argument.

That’s when Larry believed his brother was going to grab a gun.

Larry McMillian ran inside grabbed a gun and then shot his brother Jessie.
