Bond Set In West Point Murder Case

PRESS RELEASE

West Point, MS, Monday, October 6, 2015: The initial appearance for two men that are accused of murder in the slaying of a West Point man was held in Municipal court this morning. 23 year old Tevin Demetrius Hodges of Starkville and 30 year old Nebauchedezzar Townsend, now known to be a resident of Sunflower County, appeared before the Municipal Court Judge.

Both have been charged with Capital Murder. Bond was set at $500,000 for both. This case is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers or the West Point Police Department at 494-1244.
