BREAKING – Victims Identified In Montgomery Co Shooting

Agents of the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and members of the MBI’s Crime Scene Units are assisting the Montgomery County sheriff in the shooting of four county residents. The shootings occurred in three different locations in the early morning hours today. The deceased have been identified as Kenneth Cornelious Loggins, 32, of 40 Loggins Lane, Kilmichael, MS

A person of interest is being questioned by authorities and he has been identified as Odell Hallmon, 40, of 583 CR 333, McCarley, MS.

The fourth shooting victim was airlifted to a Jackson hospital and is undergoing treatment. He was shot at a home located at 1005 Hill Street, Kilmichael.

The bodies of the deceased will be transported to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies. Evidence collected at the crime scenes will be submitted to the State Crime Laboratory for testing and processing.

Sanders and Hill, mother and daughter, were shot at a residence located at 304 Pecan Drive in Kilmichael and Loggins was shot at a home at 574 Old Legion Lake Road, Winona.

Six MBI agents and four Crime Scene technicians are working the three crime scenes in concert with officials of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
