Video: Brookville Gardens Apartment Fire

Starkville, Miss. (WCBI) — A fire that broke out at Brookville Gardens Apartments in Starkville is under investigation and could be ruled accidental.

According to a Starkville Fire Department Spokesman, around eleven thirty Thursday morning firefighters responded to the fire at 305 Everglade Avenue. Apparently the blaze started in the bedroom area of one of the upper floor apartments.

There is extensive damage at two of the four apartments at that location. There is some water damage to another apartment below where the fire was. Ladders One and Two along with Engine Three responded to the fire. There were no injuries.
