Camper Company Moving To Burnsville

BURNSVILLE, Miss. (AP) – A company is setting up business in a Tishomingo County industrial park to manufacture fifth wheel campers.

Officials tell The Daily Corinthian (http://bit.ly/1E5wyhG ) that Vanleigh RV is locating in an 88,000 square foot building in the Tri-State Commerce Park off U.S. Highway 72 in Burnsville.

Vanleigh expects to begin production in March and will initially create 75 new jobs.

Fifth wheel campers are designed for extended travel and are designed to be towed.

County Development Foundation Executive Director Gary Matthews says the company is also setting up a supplier network in the area with the lease of a second industrial park building for one of its suppliers to manufacture RV cabinetry.

Vanleigh RV is owned by members of the Tiffin family of nearby Tiffin Motor Homes in Red Bay, Alabama.
