Car Burglar Captured Again

TUPELO, MS (WCBI) –  A Tupelo man already on probation for breaking into cars is at it again.   Tupelo detectives say 20 year old Riley Ross was caught in the act while he was trying to break into a car on Fair Oaks Drive in the city.

Ross is currently being held in the Lee County Detention Center.
