Charges Dropped Against Yalobusha Woman

COFFEEVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — A Yalobusha County woman is cleared less than two months after being arrested on fraud charges.

Circuit Court Judge Smith Murphey signed paperwork dropping the charges against 30-year-old Jennifer Gail Franklin of Coffeeville

Attorney General Jim Hood sent out a press release in February concerning her arrest on charges that she de-frauded an insurance company over a damaged car claim.

Hood’s office has now agreed not to prosecute.
