Video: Columbus Family Escapes Kitchen Fire

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- A fire Friday (1-11-13) morning in the kitchen of a Columbus house is out; but the kitchen has a good bit of damage. The people who live in the home on the 1900 block of 15th Avenue North called for help, and got out without injuries. Fire fighters were able to contain the fire to the kitchen, but the home does have smoke and water damage. Fire investigators will follow up to determine the exact cause.
