Columbus Man Accused of Packing Gun in the Pews

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- A man accused of carrying a gun inside a church has been arrested.

Columbus PD says the incident happened on Sunday morning, April 24th. Officers were called to Shiloh Full Gospel Church, located at 120 19th Street South.

Upon arrival, a member of the church security team stated Rodrick Mosley was carrying a handgun inside a backpack.

The 25-year-old was charged with carrying a concealed weapon into a place of worship. Mosley did not have a permit to carry the weapon and was not part of the church security team.
