Columbus Man Arrested For Burglary and Threats

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Columbus man accused of burglary is also arrested for pointing a gun at a witness.

37-year-old, Elliott Jethrow, is charged with burglary, intimidating a witness and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Police say Jethrow was identified as the person who took two televisions from a 4th Avenue South home on September 24th. He was then arrested.

Investigators say on October 15th Jethrow told several people to assault a witness in his previous burglary charge.

Jethrow is also accused of pointing a gun at the person.
