Columbus Man Turns Himself In To Police
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Columbus man, wanted in connection with a fatal shooting, turns himself into police.
22 year old Devin Thompson turned himself in Monday (9/10) morning.
He is charged with three counts of aggravated assault in the Labor Day shooting that left 19 year old Alexander Brown dead. His bond is set at $75,000.
Brown was fatally wounded when gunfire broke out on Monday afternoon at the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and 22nd Avenue North. A second person, Andre Williams, was also grazed by a bullet.
