Company Pays $5,000 “No-Call” Fine

JACKSON, Miss. -– Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today the Mississippi Public Service Commission has received $5,000 from American Helping Hands, Inc. following a settlement reached regarding alleged violations of Mississippi’s No Call Law.

In complaints received by the Commission, the company was alleged to have made unauthorized telephone solicitations and failed to register with the PSC as a telephone solicitor.

The payment announced today will be used to offset the costs of No Call Law enforcement.
